3. Applying sunscreen before going outdoors and reapplying it after every two hours.

Apply at least a SPF30, broad spectrum sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB rays 20 minutes before going outdoors. Remember to reapply sunscreen regularly after every 2 hours intervals under intense sun exposure. Check out our WashOn Sunscreen that helps you stay protected from the sun till the next wash!
2. Covering your skin with clothes, sunglasses and hats.
When all else fails, you can always opt to wear long sleeved clothes, long pants, sunglasses and sun hats that cover your skin to stay shaded from the sun!
3. Prevention is better than cure -- avoiding the sun between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m, when the sun is the most intense.
The best and fool proof way is to avoid the sun altogether. During this period of time, the sun rays are the strongest and the most intense, so it is best to stay indoors during this time period and use a sheltered path or an umbrella as much as possible if there is a need to go outdoors.
